My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were spectacular in every respect, with a great bed and awesome feel, but being next to the lift meant hearing it go up and down all evening. The service was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient, although there was a limitation when it came to downloading large files. The location was just perfect for us, close to shops and tourist spots but slightly noisy. The dining options had limited selection and were expensive. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
