Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was like staying in a spacious college dorm room with a distinct smell of damp, but with the comfort of a guitar and turntable. The service was impeccable, making every interaction smooth and courteous throughout the stay. The location was great for exploring the city but faced challenges with the surrounding area. The dining experience was a bit limited but offered some unique options. Overall, a mixed experience with highs and lows.
The hotel offers super spacious rooms by NYC standards with a cool mural on the wall and eclectic decor fitting the city's pulse. However, the rooms need an upgrade as they felt a bit grungy for the price, and the lobby was noisy without a guest-friendly atmosphere like we work.
I was pleasantly surprised by the fabulous energy in the rooms and the downstairs bar, which provided a good place to work. The rooms were lovely and surprisingly big, exceeding my expectations. However, the only downside was the limited availability of the downstairs bar.
I had a unique experience at the hotel with quirky and out-of-the-ordinary rooms. While the 14th-floor location required taking 2 separate elevators, the rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed.
The hotel offers functional rooms with a better view than the smaller rooms, but they can be a bit too hot at times. The rooms are spacious enough for a 3-day stay and always ready for a nice treat after a long trip.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were spectacular in every respect, with a great bed and awesome feel, but being next to the lift meant hearing it go up and down all evening. The service was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient, although there was a limitation when it came to downloading large files. The location was just perfect for us, close to shops and tourist spots but slightly noisy. The dining options had limited selection and were expensive. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious, clean, and quiet, had a sense of being unkept and unloved. The service was top-notch thanks to the kind and professional staff members, especially Ryan at the front desk. The location was perfect, striking a balance between proximity to attractions and peacefulness. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited availability and quality. On the whole, the hotel provides a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Staying at the hotel was an incredible experience with its spacious and clean rooms offering a gorgeous view from the 12th floor straight to the Empire State Building. The reception area was accommodating and perfect for welcoming visitors, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful, but there was a minor downside with nearly nonverbal service from some tired staff members. The location was great for exploring the city, although there was a construction project nearby. The dining options had limited selections and were on the expensive side. Overall, it was a memorable stay with some minor hiccups.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a picturesque view of the Empire State building, but some areas need renovation. The lobby can be noisy without a cozy atmosphere, resembling a workspace more than a hotel.
Staying at the hotel was a true mixed bag experience. The rooms were creatively designed but a bit cramped, yet they provided a quiet atmosphere. The service was spot on, although a bit strict about check-in time. The location was convenient but disturbed by construction noise at times. Dining options were varied, with a bit of disappointment on one dish. The facilities were great overall.
The hotel provided a mix of experiences, from a larger-than-average NYC room to some minor inconveniences such as poor layout and excessive heat in the air conditioning. The small size was manageable, given our focus on exploring the city. The location was excellent, offering easy access to public transport and a balance of convenience and tranquility. Service ranged from a less-than-friendly encounter to exceptional recommendations on local dining spots. Dining options were diverse and quick, particularly the excellent room service.
